Mental Health Award winners!

On Thursday 10 October, a couple of the ZSA team attended the Mental Health Awards and were delighted to win the Lifestyle Award. 

The Lifestyle Award category is aimed at celebrating mental health and wellbeing interventions that have sought to embed behaviour change in a population over time. The ZSA was recognised for its work to develop and provide free online suicide awareness training courses which at the time of the submission had been taken collectively over 2.6million times. 

Attendees came from across the country to gather at the Mental Health Awards which were hosted by actor Charlie Condou and aim to celebrate ​​​​​outstanding projects for mental health or wellbeing.
