Common questions about our training

If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us.

The ZSA training is online e-learning, completely free and can be accessed at any time on our website with no sign up required. You can browse our modules on our training page.

At the end of our training, you will be asked to provide a name for a certificate. If you cannot find your certificate, please check your downloads folder on your computer. Before you close down the training window, please check that you have spelt your name correctly, if you haven’t you can retype your name and download another certificate.

If you still cannot access your certificate, please contact us and provide the following information:

Your full name

The name of the course(s) you completed

The date you completed the training

The ZSA training has been developed to be as user friendly and accessible as possible. However, the training has not been designed for young people specifically. You can learn about each of our courses on our training page.

At this time we do not offer any face-to-face training sessions.

We do however host a number of online webinars throughout the year. To hear about these first, you can sign up as a member of the ZSA.

If you would like to discuss custom training with us, please contact us.

Previously, we have made our SCORM files available for free to our member organisations to host on their own learning platforms.

While we are going through some organisational and governence changes, the training will only be available on our website.

If you already have a SCORM version of our training, you may continue to use it but we will not be able to provide any updated versions. We ask that you continue to provide us data quarterly so we can monitor the uptake of the training.

If you are experiencing any issues with the ZSA training, please make sure that you are using a supported browser. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. Our training modules will not work on Internet Explorer as it is no longer a supported browser.

For any other issues, please contact us.
