Yellow Wellies
Yellow Wellies have developed a mental health and stress management guide for farmers or people working in the agriculture industry, called 'The Little Book of Minding Your Head'. This provides information on what mental health is, triggers and signs, what stress is, ways to cope with stress, how to have a conversation and sources of help.
