Cumbria Health provides primary healthcare services in and out of hours to the population of Cumbria.

We are a trusted healthcare provider, formerly known as CHoC, delivering primary health care services within and out of hours to the population of Cumbria and beyond.

We originated as an out of hours primary health care provider in 1996, going on to cover a population of approximately 500,000 people, 365 days a year across Cumbria.  

Our Head of Nursing attended a conference where the ZSA were in attendance and learnt of the work ZSA do. As an organisation we began to promote your ZSA training for our staff. We promote suicide awareness to support our front line staff deliver primary care. We also want our staff to be aware of themselves and each other too. ZSA is doing a great job and we want to be part of the good work.
