Pain Relief Foundation
The Pain Relief Foundation is a charity set up to conduct research into the cause of disease and disorders in chronic pain, helping those who are affected. With funding coming entirely from voluntary contributions.
We support research into the causes and treatment of chronic pain. Donations support those who conduct such research, encouraging researchers in developing their own research idea, helping them to transform their excellent ideas into projects.
We also run a monthly social group for chronic pain sufferers, a safe place to come and talk with similar people, we have guest speakers on different subjects such as mindfulness, exercise, diet, applications support, mental health. All welcome.
Chronic pain can result in anxiety, depression and loneliness.
We want to share ZSA resources, but also educate people in what support is available and also how we can support others who may have suicidal thoughts.
