The Esimaje Michael Onoseme
The Esimaje Michael Foundation (TEMF) is a non-profit organisation combining evidence based libertarian strategies to bridge the gaps in skill development, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, employability, and peace building.
TEMF empowers youths and students through leadership training, business-entrepreneurship engagement, upskilling and generating innovative policy recommendations on issues critical to economic growth and democratic consolidation. Our work in these areas has revealed a gaping hole in the fabrics of the nation especially in the areas of unemployment, climate injustice, skill mismatch amongst the growing population just to mention a few.
TEMF has a special focus on the role of micro, small and medium business enterprises and free markets in peace building, economic revitalisation, and international development.
Our constitutional aims and objectives are:
- Promote a surge in digital human right and renewable energy solutions in Africa
- Advocate for climate justice, safety and environmental issues
- Promote the ideas of liberty, peace, objectvism and the free market
- Promote and provide avenue for digital skill development and sustainable descent jobs in Africa
- Promote human capital development and digital illiteracy eradication
To foster a robust support system for people living with mental health conditions.
We are currently working with over 15+ civil society organisations in the areas of mental health advocacy, GBV- ABIT capacity building, SRH, peace building and skill development.
We are currently partnering with Dorothy Njemanze Foundation, Building Blocks for Peace, Atlas Network, GACLI, SFL etc in positioning our advocacy goals and objectives.
